This policy explains how we use your information when you visit www.nextincart.co.uk, buy from us, or contact us, including when you buy through a marketplace such as eBay, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace or Instagram.

  • Payment details: we do not store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers, and we only receive confirmation that you have paid.
  • Communications: emails, messages, returns forms and any other contact you have with us, including photos you send us of damaged items.
  • Reviews: any reviews or feedback you choose to give us.
  • Website data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookie data (see section 8).
  • Age verification: proof of age, if you buy a product with an age restriction.

If you buy through a marketplace, the platform shares with us the information we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address and order details. The platform has its own privacy policy that covers how it uses your information.

  • Marketing information: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Proof of age: only as long as needed to confirm your order, then deleted.

After this, we delete or anonymise it.
