Shipping policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery options and costs

Delivery option Estimated time Price
Standard tracked delivery [2 to 4] working days after dispatch [£X.XX]
[Express delivery] [1 to 2] working days after dispatch [£X.XX]

Any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.

3. Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within [1 to 2] working days. Delivery times are estimates. If something outside our control, such as severe weather or a courier strike, delays your order, we will let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay.

4. Late orders
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of our contract starting (or by any date we agreed with you), you can cancel it and get a full refund.

5. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged
If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated date, please contact us and we will track it with the courier. If it has been lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please tell us within [48 hours] if you can, with photos, so we can claim from the courier. This does not limit your legal rights for faulty goods, which are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Risk and ownership
The products are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, or collected by you or someone you nominated. You own the products once we have received full payment.

Things to check before publishing:

  • Returns period: your original said "a longer, 14-day returns period", but that is the same as the legal minimum, so I removed that line. If you want to offer something genuinely longer (e.g. 30 days), tell me and I'll update it.
  • Placeholders: company number, address, VAT number, phone, payment methods, delivery prices and the returns form link still need filling in.
  • Cross-reference: your original pointed to the wrong section for faulty goods in the lost/damaged parcel part; this is fixed in the versions above.
  • I'm not a lawyer, so it's worth having these checked before you go live.
